I’m due an upgrade, I’m on a sim only at the moment. My phone is failing and the EE service in my house is awful. People always complain they can’t hear me and the call fails. I don’t want to upgrade but want to move networks but no information to help this. No online chat. Upgrade costs are so expensive and have found a good deal with o2 which is £20 less than my upgrade options.

@Elshakes : If you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
