Direct debit was taken last month but not this month.I have checked my bank and it says its set up.Had a text to say I need to pay.Why is this?

We have no account access and do not know who you are, this is a public forum, so I would say ring customer service to find out.

What text was this, was this from EE? Just asking as some customers have had spam text.

When is it normally paid, that is taken by direct debit?

Are you sure this is not.a text to let you know to check your bill and that the money will be taken on a certain date as per usual?

Hi.Txt was from 150 6 days ago and today.But direct debit is set up.Tried to pay manually on the app but it keeps failing.

Sorry  forgot to mention that I had txt saying that my bill will go out on the 6th of June.But nothings gone out.

@Redellis , please do not try to pay your bill, as it will be taken by direct debit, so long as you have money in your account, do not worry about the text, as you have set up the direct debit, unless there is a mistake in your account number and it was not set up correctly, but if you gave the correct details, then it will be taken that way.
