I was pay as go customer for long time than one day one off ee employee called me saying you can get better deal with your 20 pound a month, I said OK direct debit 20 pound he said OK so I accept when the bill came it was 40 pound for two sim card well I have only one sim card anyway I called back and they said sorry we will give you 14.99 compensation next month you pay 5.1 pound I paid 13 pound today next see how they act
