Costs of billing

Hi. 

Firstly this is all new to me, secondly I've never considered ringing about my constantly rising monthly bills, let alone seeking other providers. I'm on a sim only and seriously need to seek a cheaper traffif. 

Please can you help me ASAP.

@Marie600   There are as a yearly price increase as per your contract beginning April but if your bill is changing each month are you going outside your allowances your bill breakdown will show you this information.

I'm just not savvy with the average sort of price bracket a sim only deal should be. Sorry.

@Marie600  Sim only contracts can be from around £10 to £45 on average it’s just depends on what data allowance you need the more data the more cost.   Also some of these tariffs have different data speeds the faster that speed the more cost.  And then some of these tariffs have added benefits on them.     

You can only change your current tariff if you’re within your upgrade period you can not lower it because you want to.   You agreed to a contract for a set period of time and you can only upgrade ( that includes a cheaper tariff) if you’re within the last 45 days of your contract term.
