I’m currently paying for a phone contract which includes an iPhone and essential 125GB package. Now that the phone and the network cost are divided into two separate payments, I can see the Essential 125GB is costing me £28 per month over two years.
my question is why can I get aeither one of these 2 year sim only deals way cheaper, 100GB for £20 per month or unlimited for £23.
seems unfair.

@MrM123 Because when you got this that was the price and EE have only just change the tariff prices in the last week or so.

Okay that makes sense. I guess I just thought the prices went up every year, never down.

Hi @MrM123 It's worth giving our upgrades team a call to see if there are any other tariffs that meet your needs.
If you have time remaining on your contract, they may be limited as to what they can do, but it's worth a chat.
To speak to our upgrades team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, then select options 1, 4 then 1 again.
