Hi,
as per the thread title, I have come to the end of my 24 month contract and intend to move to a 30 day sim only plan, however when trying to 'upgrade' I am only given 12/24 month sim only options.
I'm currently in the queue for 150 to speak to an advisor, is there a quicker way to resolve my issue?

I’ve got the same issue. I’m well out of contract and want to move to a rolling 30 day contract for less money and more data (unlimited) but within the app you give me no option to do this. I think your tactics are extremely low to be honest, and it just makes me not really want to deal with EE again. not sure anyone here at ee will care much

Hi @Rhythmikal I'd love to see you stay with EE on a 30 day sim option, I'm sorry to hear that you can't find any options to meet your needs online.
I'd recommend giving us a call, so that a guide can take you through some options and find the right plan for you.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
