Contract expired, want to move to 30 day rolling sim only plan.

Hi,

as per the thread title, I have come to the end of my 24 month contract and intend to move to a 30 day sim only plan, however when trying to 'upgrade' I am only given 12/24 month sim only options.

I'm currently in the queue for 150 to speak to an advisor, is there a quicker way to resolve my issue?

thanks,

@Conrad_Noble   Incase you’re not aware a 30 day rolling sim contract has a minimum term period of 12 months.     Click HERE then click the legal bit at the bottom.     So you’ll pay more per month for a 30 day rolling contract compared to a 12 month contract.

thanks, but now I am confused, how can a 30 day contract have a minimum term of 12 months?

surely that makes it a 12 month contract?

that being the case i'll be cancelling and moving to a new network.

can anyone clarify this? surely 30 days means i'm only tied in for 30 days?

Hi @Conrad_Noble,

We offer SIM only plans with contract durations of 30 days, 12 months and 24 months.

Did you get sorted when you called?

James

I managed to switch to a 30 day rolling plan, however the comment left above by @Chris_B  has left me a little concerned.

can someone explain what the 12 month minimum term is in reference to?

thanks,

Hi @Conrad_Noble,

I believe that is an error. I've asked our online shop team to investigate.

@James_B   That’s some error and it’s been like that for quite some time now.
