@ALLAN1970  open the My EE app. Click shop at the bottom then click all products. You’ll then see your start date and minimum term of your contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It is well hidden information. I had to find it in the 'shop' section. The sort of practices that make it difficult to find such information is one reason I will be going elsewhere when this contract is done.

terrible from ee wasting all my time to simply check contract end date wont be renewing anything with them now.

I tried texting UP and 45 days and all I get the EE menu which does not include contract end date.

Hi @woody4954

If you log into your My EE account and select 'Plan' from the main menu, then plan details, it will tell you the end date there.

Hi

What it doesn't confirm is the expiry of my 50% plan reduction where can I find details of when this ends?  It just tells me start and end dates of my contract.

Hi @coffers7

If your add-on has an expiry date this should show under plans and add-ons.

Alternatively, our customer care team will be provide you with a date should it have one.

Nothing that has been suggested in this forum works. Why is it so so hard just to get basic information?
