Dear EE Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have experienced in relation to my lost phone report.
On December 4, I reported my phone as lost. At that time, I was informed that my application was under review and that it would take up to 72 hours to receive a response. However, it has now been 2weeks, and I have yet to receive any update or resolution from your team.
I contacted customer care multiple times during this period, but the responses I received were unsatisfactory. Each time, I was told that someone would call me back, but no follow-up occurred. As this is my only phone, this delay has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has fallen far below the standard of service I expected from EE. I urge you to prioritize my case and provide me with a prompt resolution. Additionally, I would appreciate a review of the handling of my complaint to ensure such delays and miscommunications do not happen in the future.
