Hi. I Have a phone that is being delivered today. I didn’t realise the massive monthly price. I’m just wondering if i could get a cheaper monthly price. I do not need unlimited.

Is this a new connection or an upgrade?

There is a statutory "change of mind" right of return on all telephone or online sales, but it's likely the cost of the phone took your monthly subscription into account.

Most plans now include unlimited calls & texts as standard.

@Pippalownds , you will have to return the phone, which once received and cancelled, you can start again and take a look at the monthly cost and choose whatever suits you, as @bristolian  has written your monthly cost does include the cost of the phone as well as the monthly sim plan, so I would actually check the breakdown of the cost of all of it.

You do have 14 day cooling off, if ordered online or by phone, and once EE have received the return etc, you can start again.
