Hi - I'm just trying to download my bills for the latter half of 2021. I did the early half of 2021 last week with no problems. Today, when I click on the 'Download bill' option, nothing happens. I've tried opening the link in a new tab but that just takes me back to the main billing page. I've tried downloading the bills in a different browser (I'm usually on Chrome but have tried Edge) with no luck, and have also tried downloading from the app but that is just doing nothing when I click on the link too. Is this a bug or is there anything else I can try? As I say, it was fine last week. I've also tried downloading the bills that I successfully downloaded last week and they don't work either any more.
