Hi,
I have cancelldd two lines on my account about 2 months ago now but i am still being charged for these lines, they had reached the end of there contract, i contacted EE and informed the person on the phone to cancel and they confirmed both lines are cancelled now, i am being charged for them two months later.... does anyone know why this would be happening?

@ndavies1575 Sounds like they’ve not been terminated, you need to call customer support and explain that you gave 30 days 2 months ago but are still being charged.

I'd definitely recommend following @Chris_B's advice and speak with our customer support team. They'll be able to check the history of your account and find out what's happened.
