Mines just gone down as well thought they cut me off until I saw this and cant get on the app as apparently they are doing updates

@Kitty83   App/account updates have nothing to do with your broadband going down.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
