Change direct debit date

I need to change my direct debit date but it says I've changed the maximum amount. I need to change it as I've changed jobs and my pay date has changed. How do I go about this otherwise I will unable to pay on usual date

Hi @Lvb7 As @XRaySpeX has mentioned, you'd need to give us a call so that a guide can update your direct debit information for you.

To speak to a guide, you'd need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
