Tried buying all rounder plan with one extra  - £33 reduced to £20 . However, when you log in as ee customer,  the page reverts back to home and can't proceed further. Is it a con or technical issue?

I have exactly the same issue - tried to buy sim only plan £33  All rounder with 1 extra reduced to £20 . It allows to put in the basket with discount of £9+£4=£13. However when you try to sign as existing customer, the goes to home page and no option to checkout???

Is this a technical issue with their Web site of misleading advertising?

It's a technical issue, it's been going on for years but they don't seem to want to fix it. I can't upgrade online either, it just goes round in circles or just errors.  Calling is the only option, they won't fix their site.

Thank you. tried phoning gudes, all they are saying is that they can not sell the advertised deal but could offer the same deal for £23. It looks like misleading advert??

@Mukunda   Try signing in first then see what available.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you.  I downloaded their app and signed in then put the deal on my basket. It still asks to sign in but no check out prompt

Hi @Mukunda If you can see the deal on our official EE website, then the deal will be a legitimate offer.

If the page can't proceed when you log in, we may have reached the maximum amount of lines that we can offer you.

I'd recommend giving our sales team a call on 150 from an EE phone so that they can give you some clarity on the situation.

Hi,

Yes I am an existing EE pay monthly sim plan customer wanting an additional sim. I will try the number and let you know.

Hi Chris

Than you. The deal is in official EE website and i am a pay monthly sim only Customer and wanting to add an additional sim. As I mentioned before, no guides in EE  Customer service are able to offer the advertised deal but they can offer for £23 which is £9 more than advertised.
