I am trying to upgrade my phone using the EE app, as I work shifts and dont get time to head into my nearest town to go to an actual store.
I get to the payment screen and it says I have exceeded the number of tries to input my bank details. I know my details are correct as I copy and paste them from my banking app.
But now it seems I cant purchase anything due to exceeding the limit. Anyone know when the limit renews so I can actually buy my new phone?

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble getting this sorted out.
If possible, have you had a chance to try a different card to see if this gives the same error?
It's worth giving this a try from a different device or browser too.
