Cancelling within the 14 day cooling period

Hi All,

I've recently had a bit of an issue with my contracts, whereby my watch went missing with DPD then was located and sent to me later in the day.

I called EE to cancel that order and took a new line, and shortly after the original watch was delivered. Now I phoned EE to cancel the new line, but it was already dispatched to store, due to be delivered today.

As I am within the cooling off period, I was advised if I get the EE Store to send the device back to the warehouse, that the contract would immediately cancel off. Is this true, or do I need to phone in again to say I've changed my mind and sent the device back?

Hi @Gswan96,

If you go back to the store then they will be able to update everything needed on your account to confirm that this order is cancelled, so you shouldn't need to call us about this again.

@Rach_H

Thanks for clarifying - I'll explain the situation to them when I go to collect the device later, and hopefully they can resolve this before I get billed.
