How to de activate e SIM card and account ?

I got E SIM card in July then the whole August I was out of the country and obviously the payment didn’t go through my bank for some reason . Now I am back , and when I logged in it shows my account has been closed . So what should I do ? Thank you

@Azada : Your a/c has probably been suspended for non-payment. You'll need to call CS to discuss what can be done.
