Cannot sign into Account

I initially signed up with Orange many years ago, and when they transfered over to EE I could no longer veiw my bill. This has been driving crazy for years. I am told to open another account and then link my old details which I have tried to do. But they say the new details are not reconized, because that don't agree with the information they are holding. So I can't link the account. Would someone on here please help with this situation please. I have tried phoning them as was on the phone in one of their shops for nearly an hour and still got nowhere. You can't even contact EE by email, please help.

Is this for a mobile or a broadband account?

Are you trying to create a new My EE Account?
