I recontracted both my wife and I sim only deals on Black Friday and my sim is for 250gb and my wife’s for 6gb per month. Currently my account is only showing 125gb and my wife’s is 5gb. I’ve got a line for double data on my order (presumably being a BT broadband customer which I also recontracted at the same time) and my wife’s has a line for extra 1gb of data on hers (due to being a 2nd line?) but neither is showing?
Is this something that take time for it to show up on my account?

Look in your Extras & Add-ons to see if the extra data is there or sometimes EE add the extra data a few days later in these promotions.

I’ve checked my add ons and nothing is showing for either of them. My other add ons are there. Maybe this take a few days for it to show on my account?
