why is my prepaid £30 SIM showing no credit?

Astron72
Visitor

I purchased a £30 physical SIM card upon arrival at Heathrow on Tuesday.
My PAYG account did not show credit. I called helpline and was given 3 days free unlimited credit.
As of today I cannot see any credit on my account and it is due to expire tomorrow.
what should I do?

Could your credit have bought your Pack?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hello @Astron72 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you dial 150 to Balance, it should show you whether you have any credit, it costs nothing to do so, is free or try AL.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Welcome to the Community @Astron72.

When you purchased this SIM, how much did you actually pay for it?

Some retail SIMs only require a payment of 99p for the SIM, then can be topped up later, so I'd double check your online banking to make sure the top-up amount has actually come out.
