I cancelled my order and contract in the EE store on Saturday but it hasn't updated on my account and I haven't received a confirmation that the device has been received by EE, I never actually had the phone as it was out for delivery when I cancelled it and I received a refund for the upfront cost of the iPhone 14 pro.
Can someone shed some light on this as I am getting concerned that my contract hasn't actually been cancelled.

Did the store send the phone back on your behalf?
It can take up to ten days for a return to be processed.
