Why are my bills so high since I joined EE from Virgin?

They are charging me for a number I have not got

It sounds like you may have used some services that aren't included in your plan's allowances.

Have you checked your bill breakdown in My EE?

Nobody here has access to your account as this is a user forum with a handful of EE employees working as moderators.

You want to call customer services on 150. They alone can tell you what is happening.
