Hi,
I upgraded on 16th August 2022. I was advised by the upgrade colleague that I didn't use more than 90GB of data each month and that a 100GB plan would be sufficient. I instantly regretted it and wish I'd picked the unlimited data plan for a few extra pounds a month. Is it possible within the first 14 days to change the plan and keep my discount and trade in discount?

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
