Hi I need my call logs for the last 3 months

You will not be able to do this, you would have to apply for an SAR, or if it is for a court case, then your solicitor can apply for this.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

You can do that only if you have purchased Itemised Billing at £2.50 pm. It is not retrospective. Otherwise you need to look in your phone's Call Log.
