Hello! am trying to buy a good as new phone and add that as an upgrade to my existing EE number but i am not able to buy one as it doesn't show up on my upgrade options, only new phones.
How can i buy one and if i go ahead and buy one outside my existing plan would this double my payments?

If you purchase an additional line you will be billed for both your new line and your current.
Is your account eligible for an upgrade?
If yes and you can't see this online please give us a call on 150.

If you're due an upgrade you should be able to select a Good As New device, providing one is available for you to choose from.
If the option doesn't show online, please get in touch with us directly so we can work out the best next steps. Our technical support area may need to raise a ticket for your online account.
