I am getting the same message today and my phone will no longer send texts? Like you I have checked our account and we are well within limits so can’t understand this.

Welcome to the EE Community 

Which level of cap do you have setup, is it a £0 cap or £10 etc? Have you tried sending texts to multiple different numbers and all are unable to send or just one specific number?
