I have been with EE for 13 years, 2 years ago i upgraded to my current phone on a FLEX account. It all went well after 24 months the phone was paid off and I could upgrade....or so I thought. Apparntly because I had this flex account I csnt upgrade the number and also it has stopped me upgrading the other 4 lines I have with them.

Has anyone else come accross this problem?

Good afternoon @swoolley2.

With FlexPay customers will need a separate credit check for each line they take out by this means, but if everything has gone well with this and you're outside of the 24 month commitment period on the SIM plan, I can't see a reason why this would have been blocked.

As @Schockwave has mentioned here, you're best off giving our team a call, and they'll be able to say for sure what has happened here.

Hello @swoolley2 ,

Welcome to the community,

This is a public forum, there is no account access and we have no idea who you are. I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, as they can take a look and see what is going on, press option 2 and you should get through to one of the guides.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
