Sites there doing its scrolling (5mins +) load icon. Cannot see my bills. Advice appreciated.

Well, it appears I had not created an online access for EE. I had one for BT and assumed it was the same. I phoned EE help and discussed it with them. What I'm unhappy about now is the exorbitant cost of making landline calls! but that's another thing to consider soon. Thanks.
