Billing and Payments not loading.

Sites there doing its scrolling (5mins +) load icon. Cannot see my bills. Advice appreciated.

@happyhacker  Via the EE app or online?  Have you tried clearing the browser history and cookies ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes. Both Safari and brave. Log on OK,

screen comes up the dots just keep circling. but works on my mobile!

When you say it works on your mobile, is that on your App on the mobile, or is it via the mobile internet browser on your mobile?

On my laptop Billing just hangs, in FFox, Safari or Brave browsers. It works on my android mobile app. I prefer to see it on my laptop where I do all my work. Plans and Subscriptions just keeps refreshing the browser. Orders works OK. Sometimes I get "Not working Just Now". This is frustrating. Thanks.

Are you able to test using your mobile phone Browser (not the mobile App) to see if you still get the same experience?

@happyhacker If the issue happens across all browsers that you have tried and you have already cleared the cookies and cache for the EE website on those browsers as recommended, then it would be worth contacting our team on 150 to take a look. They may need to raise a ticket for your online account on the website to help resolve it.

Why is it when I clear the cache every time I am asked to setup another password? I don't want to I only changed it the other day!?

@happyhacker That is unusual it shouldn't require you to change the password just clearing the cache, is that when you login with your current password it asks? Does it say anything specific on the page it asks you to change the password?
