Billing account number

I’m trying to find my billing account number on my letters I have been sent by EE however I’m unable to find this. Is this also known as the bill reference or account number? If not, where else can I find this number? Many thanks,

The account number on your EE bills is your billing account number.

Hi, yes I’ve tried to do this number but it asks me to put in a valid
account number so don’t know what to do now.

Are you setting up an EE account using the app or a web browser? 

Do you have a mobile or broadband account?

If you have access to your EE account online or in the EE app, you can view the account number by downloading the bill.

What was it you needed the account number for?

I have just joined yourselves and I have already had issues with my service I was signed up for which was rectified by a great member of the EE team but now I'm having issues with the Hub itself and I can't diagnose the problem, get in touch with anyone to help me through the problem and anyway to access the account to maybe directly track the issue. As I said I'm new so that may be the cause, but I have no way of contact at the moment to distinguish the problem, which just isn't good enough.

Thanks for explaining @OBvibes. Is it a home broadband hub or a mobile internet router you are struggling with? What is happening with it?

I believe it is a mobile internet router for the 4G Home Unlimited  (£50 package) - of which we received the router in the post with a simcard not inserted. I then proceeded to plug in the router into the mains and put the Sim card into the slot at the back as described in the instructions (no number provided for the sim card in the package delivered).

Now the hub is flashing aqua then white constantly without stop, I followed the normal instructions of turning the hub on and off again to reset but nothing has happened and we're still not getting internet.
