Paying off part contract

Hi,

I want to use the money I’ve got from my old phone to pay off part of my current contract so that my monthly cost reduces. How do I do this?

 Thanks.

@Copswag810  You can’t.   Your contract price is for the agreed amount each month.  You can not reduce that price by paying some of it off     You could put it on your EE account and it’ll be used towards future payments until it’s used up.

as an example if you got £100 and your bill is £50 per month this will cover two monthly payments.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Oh okay so it’s like credit on the account then basically? How do I go about doing that?

Also sorry to ask two questions but how do I cancel my insurance policy? Who do I speak to about that?

Thanks.

Just pay whatever amount you want using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
