I’m trying to find my billing account number on my letters I have been sent by EE however I’m unable to find this. Is this also known as the bill reference or account number? If not, where else can I find this number? Many thanks,

Rosie

It sounds like we'll need to get our tech gurus to have a look into this. They'll be able to access the account and run some checks to help get everything working as it should be.

You can see the contact numbers to reach the team on our Contact Us page.

@OBvibes : You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

The account sends a confirmation text to the sim in the router!

@johnniepk1 : That's correct & you can read it from the router.
