Paid by bank transfer, when will my acc be restored?

Hi,

I have paid by sending the money to 400250 sort code and 31012304 acc nr, i did put my nr as reference.  How long will take for my services to be restored?

@Eduta  if you’ve not paid an overdue bill it can take up to 24 hours before your services start working again

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Eduta 

I can see the bank details you've used match what we have on our How to pay my EE bill page. 

However the payment reference would need to be your EE account number

As you've used your mobile as the reference number, the payment will not reach your account. 

Please give our Customer Service team a call from a different phone, where a guide can allocate your payment to your EE mobile account and your services restored.

I called and the person on the phone was quite clueless and completed a form for me, with me receiving an email within a business day, which is different from what you told me.

Im quite confused 😕
