It will depend on whether you want to keep the number or not.
If you do want to transfer the number to another network, you can request a PAC by texting PAC to 65075 from your phone.
If you wanted to transfer the number to pay as you go on EE, or just cancel the number completely, you'd need to give our customer service guides a call to request 30 days notice.
