My latest bill for this month was uploaded this morning (5th April), but it keeps showing that it's been paid when I haven't yet made a payment. I don't have a direct debit set up - I always pay my bill manually. No payment has been taken from my account. I'm unable to make a payment other than an extra payment because the bill is showing as paid. What is going here?
The EE app is terrible.
