Hi I am still seee ee is taking my bills when I have closed the account and contract with you guys. I paid £61 with extra charger which I haven’t done but paid it off. The issues is we is still taking my bill when I have closed it?

@Sabirah363 , did you ring up customer service and cancelled your account? Did you move to another network using PAC in order to keep your number?

Where you out of contract or still had the minimum term to pay?

Your best bet is to speak to customer service about this, as they can look into it for you, we cannot here and have no way of knowing who you are and no account access.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
