Bill EXTREMELY higher than what was discussed.

So I was contacted by EE either last month or the one before can’t remember exactly, to have a contract for the IPhone 15 with a 125gb sim (he said this would be thrown it not that I had a choice). I was told it would be £60-£70 per month but Novembers first charge would be £100 as I didn’t pay anything upfront or for the first month of having it.

my bill is in due at £113 which is fine as it’s expected. But as I now check my future bills they’re saying £100. This is not what I was told or agreed to, if I knew I was going to be paying £100 I’d of never done it. How are they allowed to do this? I’ve been lied to about the monthly amount of billing, told £60 now it’s £100???! This is not on it needs to be fixed.

I would give EE billing team a call via 150 during operating hours 8am-9pm Mon-Fri and 8am-8pm sat-sun, in regards to this situation and EE will be able to advise accordingly 👌
