Re: HR Email or Number Contact

I have just reviewed my bill and noticed that it has been higher than expected. Unfortunately, I had paid close attention over the past few months. Upon checking, I realised that my watch contract ended on September 15th, yet I have continued to be charged £32 per month despite no longer having the watch.

I called customer service on February 13, 2025, at 10:50 AM and spoke with Curry and Alex regarding this issue. I requested an explanation and a refund, but was informed that a refund was not possible. However, Alex offered to cancel the plan to prevent further charges. While I appreciate this, I am still dissatisfied with the outcome, as I should not have been charged in the first place.

As a loyal EE customer for over eight years, I have had multiple plans in the past and have never encountered this issue before. I find this situation extremely concerning and feel misled by my network provider. I expect a proper resolution, including a full refund of the six months of incorrect charges, and I would appreciate a further review of this case.

Best regards,

Houssam Zouitna

@Houssam : These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
