BT switched me to EE, now i get texts about other people's accounts?

Hi

Nearly a year ago BT upgraded my broadband to EE, now I get text messages about other people's installations? I must be on my 3rd se now, I even delayed one person's installation in the hope someone would contact me! No I am on the third lot of "reminders" to return the old BT equipment. Not sure how to get this sorted?

Have you spoke with our team about this? They should be able to remove your number from any updates you shouldn't be getting.
