Just a little consumer advice, instead of taking peoples money and keeping them in the dark knowing you don't have the stock available. Why not state before the order of this item, it is out of stock and could take up to X amount of time to be dispatched?
I've just switched from 02 and I must say, I haven't received a single update about my order even though from my account page it states the item has been dispatched (a week ago). I have had to CONTACT YOU to find out what's going on only to be told it could take 21 days and even that timeframe was extremely vague.
I'm incredibly close to cancelling this order and the contract to go with it.

That's part of the problem here, you take peoples money and then tell them it could take 28 days.

@AllenKing , the money will be pending on your bank and will only be taken once the device has been dispatched.
