Hello, I've just placed an order for a contract phone and then received an email that is subjected "Your EE order: Please call to discuss" but then in the actual email it doesn't say I have to contact them at all and actually says "Thanks, we've got your order, we'll begin to work on it straight away". Does this mean my order has been accepted or do I still have to contact the discuss?
[Mod edit: Image rejected as it contained personal information, such as your order number]

I would recommend giving our team a call @mollyyyyn04. They can check what happened with the order and see if they can place it again for you over the phone.

@mollyyyyn04 You need to call customer support or the order will not be processed.

But in the actual email it doesn't state this at all? I've seen other forums where it says on other people's emails that they need to contact because EE needs a few more details, but on my actual email it doesn't tell me to do that at all and tells me that they have my order and are working on it straight away?

I would recommend calling as a precaution.

Hi, did you manage to get hold of the right the department? I've just had the same email, subject heading asking to call to discuss but the email contents are just confirmation details, I've tried ringing but the options lead me round and around and not sure which department i should try to speak too.
Thanks

Good afternoon @K_Battig.
Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!
Was it an order for a contract phone that you've placed too?
Please don't share this in public, but did you get an order reference number starting with XK?
What number have you been calling when trying to speak with our team too?

No! They just sent me a text the day after saying your order has been cancelled. Ridiculous.
