I ordered phone Friday,  payment was pending but rather than process and authorise the payment ee canceled and said will be refunded in 3-5 days. I need a phone today, this ain't good enough.

I've been told repeatedly it's a problem with my bank and money will be refunded within 3-5 days. However by ee's own admission here it is not a banking issue. When the payment is pending 'as they say' it is only a pre-authorisation and ee complete the payment once the order is processed. Fix your mistake and process my payment ****.

@Bobbaker9253 , if you need a phone today, then the best thing is to buy a cheap one from somewhere else, like Argos or Currys. You are highly unlikely to get it now from EE and there must be a reason why they have cancelled it. I would suggest speaking to them and see why it was cancelled, as we have no way of knowing here in the forum, and even if you had ordered it on Friday, depending which one you ordered and whether they have it in stock would depend when you would get it.
