Ex employee, Need to switch from colleague account to a standard account.

I'm trying to complete a change of ownership on my account but have been told that I can not as my account is still a colleague account. 

I was told to reach out to employee.options@ee.co.uk

However this email either does not exist or regects communication from outside the company.

This should happen automatically, how long ago did you leave?

I left back in September 2024, I continued to receive the 50% discount on my Line that ended along with my contract during the end of December.
