My EE account is broken.
I have been trying to fix this for nearly a year now and no one is able to resolve it. One agent cancel my DD causing more issues.
I am BT employee on colleague products and not able to resolve through that team.
In brief
I want to purchase an Apple Watch for my wife.
I have an additional line added and been through the process for it.
I was part of a trial last year “EE FINANCE DEVICE TRIAL” for the BT EE Trials team. since this trial it has left a flag on my account, this stops any further purchasing.
I have spoken to the trials team and I’m being ignored.
I have been an employee for 22 year from Mercury-One2One, T-Mobile, EE & now BT and to be honest this is the worst service I have received as a customer.
if I was a member of the public I would have kicked up a stink, but I’m not, and have been very patient
please help fix my account.
