Hi,
I have been asking and get different answer or no answer from the employee.
When i bought my phone and watch i paid £151.00 in total the same month plus £101.00 for the monthly which is £252.00 in total on my first month but in my payment history why the £151.00 payment is not showing? due to this my total payment to EE till date from my bank account and EE Online account is not matching.
The other day i spoke to one of your colleague if i ended my contract how much do i owe?He told me different amount from what is showing in my online account because he told me he included the down payment or upfront fee i.e £151.00.
I would like to know once and for all does my upront fee will also be added and considered in my total bill payment when i ended my contract?

Welcome to the community.
If you have already paid an up front fee, it shouldn't have an impact on any early cancellation fees. The Mobile Care team should be able to see your payment history and would be able to see the card payment of £151.00. Your first bill after taking the new plan out should confirm that we received that payment.
