I have just been given access to MyEE and have come to see that I'm being charged for Apple Music (£9.99 pm) since May 2022 and BT Sports (£15 pm) since March 2021. That totals £255 over charged for services I did not authorise or allow to be put on to my account. And after talking to customer services all they are willing to offer is a £30 credit to be put on to my file.
I've been a customer for over 16 years. It's very sad to see those who have been loyal to the company get treated like dirt.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Once the free offer for BT Sport and Apple Music ended this would become chargeable each month if this was not cancelled.
