TNT Issues I have never dealt with such an incompetent organisation.

EE removed my TNT sportsfrom my Sky box. They say  TNT  is in their EE TV box which does not work. After 2 hours, still waiting to be answered having to endure that terrible music, I was told they woud reinstate my TNT sports back onto my Sky box. I am still waiting two hours later for the right department to answer. I doubt they will help. I have been passed from pillar to post. Told lies about tech visiting to discover the appointments were never made. I have been charged for a sim card EE which I have never used. I was told I would be debitied. Never happened. When the EE package was delivered they cut off my TNT sports from my sky box as well as my main phone line throughout the holiday season.

I am now simply asking that my TNT sport is reinstated into my sky box. 

If this does not happen.... I am still on the phone waiting - 2 hours now...I would like to send back the TV box and go to sky directly for TNT sports. At least they answer their phone.  But if I send back their TV box they will no doubt keep charging me for a service I have not had. As they have done for a sim card I never used. Days of wasted work and money. They are a travesty!!!!! I just want to move from this incompetent company. THey are totally unable to give customer care or deliver on simple tasks. And the people who answer the phone are simply incompetent.    Now on the phone waiting for 2 hours and 20 minutes.

@bobbiet   Not using a sim doesn’t mean you’ll not be billed for it.   It’s a contract. 
 
If you got an EE router then your phone plugs in to the router as landlines are digital now not analog.      Why are you using a skybox if you have EE TV.  And yes TNT does work via it.

We certainly don't want you to have any trouble using TNT Sports as part of your plan, so I can understand your frustration that this hasn't been sorted as swiftly as we would've hoped. I'm sure the team are doing all they can to help, and will be able to get this resolved for you soon.
