EE are absolutely useless. I have never been part of such an incompetent network. I have had non stop issues from day one and customer service constanly lie about what they're doing to shrug you off.

At first, the whole port over went wrong, then the activation didn't work, then they put the wrong packages on, then they got the roaming all wrong. Now, I'm here again because they can't do a simple thing like show the plan I'm on in my portal. Again, I was lied to several time by their useless customer service, saying that they had done things and when I call to say it hadn't been done.

Honestly, stay away from EE. They are by far the worst network I've had to deal with and their roaming prices and pacakges are ridiculously expensive.

STAY AWAY!!! OR MOVE NETWORK!!!

@EE_Are_Garbage , I have never had a problem, they are not incompetent, but if you find another network that works for you, and do not have problems, good for you, company is not useless, depends who you are speaking to and what it is about, sorry you feel like that..

I have been with EE for 30 years now like some others, seen they were Orange and always found them helpful, never used another network, but have seen customers come back to EE, because they have problems with other networks.
