Hi ichanged my direct debit payment last month but ee hasn't changed it the date is the same and the program won't let me change it again

@msidwell1 , if you cannot change it yourself, then you will have to ring customer service to get it changed, but it also depends when you tried to do it, as if it was close to your billing date, then it will not change until the next billing date.
